We use Price Match Promise to guarantee the same. This means that we’ll match the price and give you a refund if, within 24 hours of booking, you find an all-inclusive price on a major online travel agency for the same itinerary at a lower price.

What does “same itinerary” imply?

“Same itinerary” means that the booking is identical in every way. It includes the airline, flight number, date, number of travelers, and seat type.

Why should PMP-related bookings be “offered and available”?

Our customer service representatives should be able to determine whether the itinerary you find that beats our price is live on a competitor’s website and available for booking at the time of contact.

How can we be informed of your intention to invoke PMP?

Contact sales@travloid.com with your Travloid booking reference number and all details of the lower-priced itinerary, including the airline’s name, flight, itinerary, date, number of passengers, and seat type, in order to invoke PMP. Additionally, provide a screenshot or URL so that our customer service representatives can follow the itinerary verification steps. The information you provide should enable the customer service representative to locate the lower price. If the request is not verified or you are unable to provide complete information, we reserve the right to deny the claims. You will be given the option to keep your itinerary or get a refund for the difference after verification.

Is there a PMP-specific exception?

Exclusions: bulk, vacation package, military, student, government, and tour operator
Fare errors are also excluded by this.
